Introduction

Today (Sunday, 6 March 2016*), I decided to start a new section on my website dedicated to wellbeing of you, gay and bisexual tourists, and your friends and relatives.

Why? It is because I believe that to enjoy travel to the maximum you should have reasonably good health, both physical and mental, and be able to maintain good relations with other people, including your partner.

Therefore, I decided to start sharing with you what I have learnt myself in the areas of health and relationships. It is a continuing learning process for me, and your feedback would be appreciated.

The section on wellbeing will consist of three subsections.

The first one is on Nutrition. Healthy nutrition contributes a lot to good health and good relations with other people. In my opinion, it is a core factor of our life.

The second one is on Health, both physical and mental.

The third one is on Relationships.

Of course, you could get familiar with all the three, or just two or one. Or start with one, and then progress to two or three. It is entirely up to you. Please understand me correctly: I do care about you, I wish you all the best, and I want to share with you the best knowledge I have had access to.

*It was a special day, when Australia was celebrating the success of the 2016 Sydney Mardi Gras festival by watching the SBS Special Event Broadcast: 2016 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade.
